It is using an ancient copy of GPLv3 FFMPEG DLLs in the sub folder resources\Default\FFDLL\ which predate HEVC x265 and VP9. There is no support for lossless codecs or HEVC so there will have to be some qualitative compromises if one want's to externally re-encode such a slideshow to HEVC or VP9
Just to test it's limits a little I created a 3840x2160p x264 MP4 slideshow and it worked, nothing blew up. "Published successfully, would you like to open the output folder?" Or change the text of the anouncment to something more like: "Published successfully, Click OK to open the folder of the published file."Īnd the only buttons on the box are "Yes" and "No"Įither change the Yes button text to "OK" the No button semantically still works. on completion of creating a slideshow video change the illogical
